Ball Handling & Control

Footwork, dribbling mechanics, change of pace, and ball protection.

Shooting Mechanics

Form, balance, release, footwork, and shot selection.

 

Finishing & Scoring

Layups, floaters, mid‑range, and attacking angles.

 

Defense & Positioning

Footwork, closeouts, on‑ball defense, help defense, and communication.

 

Basketball IQ

Spacing, timing, reading defenses, decision‑making, and situational awareness.

Speed, Agility & Conditioning

Explosive first step, lateral quickness, and game‑speed endurance.
